A little over a week ago I was notified that I had won the 2008 Motorsports Photographer of the Year by the National Motorsports Press Association (NMPA). It is the second time in the last three years that I was fortunate enough to win the title. .If the Phoenix International Raceway wasn’t 30 miles from my house I doubt I would come to this race. While it is a fun track to drive on its not quite as fun as a fan.
